Campaign develo­pment 2.0: inter­na­tional awareness campaign with real-time optimization

Delayed flight? No problem – there’s Fligh­tright. Europe’s leading passenger rights portal has been committed to helping passengers obtain compen­sation for flight delays and cancel­la­tions since 2010. This summer, we were tasked with sharpening the brand profile and incre­asing user engagement. Our approach: a unique and inter­active campaign execution, emotional, cross-channel, and supported by artificial intelligence.

Tiny Passenger – top performer from the start

Born, raised, and trained by AI: Tiny Passenger is the star of our awareness campaign. He shows himself in various moments, but always remains lovable. Whether he’s experi­encing a flight delay or cancel­lation, every story ends with a positive twist, highlighting the emotional impact of this campaign.

The Message? With Fligh­tright, the path to compen­sation is easy, and frustration over delays disap­pears. Tiny Passenger boosts brand visibility, streng­thens customer loyalty, and positions Fligh­tright as a reliable and trust­worthy partner.

The times of rigid campaigns are over. With AI-based proto­typing and real-time adjus­t­ments, we bring fresh air into campaign develo­pment. We use Midjourney for proto­typing and Stable Diffusion to ensure visual consis­tency in additional assets. The prototype also became the foundation for video animation, which is ultim­ately produced using tradi­tional craftsmanship.
