Delayed flight? No problem – there’s Flightright. Europe’s leading passenger rights portal has been committed to helping passengers obtain compensation for flight delays and cancellations since 2010. This summer, we were tasked with sharpening the brand profile and increasing user engagement. Our approach: a unique and interactive campaign execution, emotional, cross-channel, and supported by artificial intelligence.
Tiny Passenger – top performer from the start
Born, raised, and trained by AI: Tiny Passenger is the star of our awareness campaign. He shows himself in various moments, but always remains lovable. Whether he’s experiencing a flight delay or cancellation, every story ends with a positive twist, highlighting the emotional impact of this campaign.
The Message? With Flightright, the path to compensation is easy, and frustration over delays disappears. Tiny Passenger boosts brand visibility, strengthens customer loyalty, and positions Flightright as a reliable and trustworthy partner.

The times of rigid campaigns are over. With AI-based prototyping and real-time adjustments, we bring fresh air into campaign development. We use Midjourney for prototyping and Stable Diffusion to ensure visual consistency in additional assets. The prototype also became the foundation for video animation, which is ultimately produced using traditional craftsmanship.
